More Than A Snack

I feel comfortable in saying that I eat pretty healthy. Lots of vegetables, lean protein, limited amounts of sugar and fat. But my one downfall… snacking! I’m a hardcore snacker. You know that meme that describes eating healthy all day, and then binging on junk food at night? Yeah, that’s me.


So over the last few months I’ve really tried to find healthy snack alternatives. So when I’m hungry late at night post-gym and need a little something to satisfy my cravings, I’ve got a not-so-bad option. Enter Sahale Snacks.
