The days are already getting shorter. And while it might be because fall is just around the corner, I sort of want to blame the solar eclipse. I don’t know, I feel like it could be responsible. Regardless, fall is coming and it’s time to refresh your wardrobe. I partnered with Old Navy to style a look around a few of my favorite types of pieces. Ever since I was a kid, graphic tees have been a style staple. They’re making a comeback in a big way this fall and Old Navy’s loaded on different styles. For this look I opted for this graphic stripe tee. To be honest, I have my eye on this one too. Graphic tees are so versatile and the perfect layering piece as cooler weather starts to hit. Loving this one popping out underneath this workshirt (we’ll get to that in a minute). I’m excited to rock this tee with it’s graphic stripe detail tucked into a pair of dark jeans. Such an elevated, stylish look and it’s just a simple t-shirt (that’s oh so affordable).
Now to the chambray shirt… Not sure if you can tell from the pics below, but it’s got an almost seersucker quality to it. It’s a light texture that not only lets it hang nicely, but the bold blue color is amazing. I’m such a fan of layering button ups open over t-shirts (if you don’t believe me, check out my OOTD shots on my Instagram story), but it really does come in handy during transition from summer to fall. I paired both the graphic tee and the workshirt with these awesome rust colored chinos. This pair of chinos is my fifth pair from Old Navy… they fit amazing!! I have them in all the staple colors (black being an obvious choice), but this rusty brown color is going to get a ton of play this fall.
