Denim Shirts + Springtime Layering

Spring, like Fall, is a great time to put layers to good use. Denim and chambray shirts are the perfect lightweight layer to add to your Spring/Summer looks. This vintage Levi’s denim shirt for example, is the perfect piece to throw on during those days when it’s hard to tell if the sun will ever poke out. Layers like this are definitely worth investing time incorporating into your wardrobe because you will find yourself wearing them all the time. I recently picked up this denim shirt, one of many that has been added to my denim/chambray collection and I’ve already found myself grabbing it whenever I leave the house as a good outer layer. Something equally essential is this awesome short sleeve sweatshirt. I know it seems to be all I can talk about lately but I just think they are such a good piece to cycle into your warm-weather wardrobe. Way more interesting than a basic crew neck t-shirt. And if you’re sick of me talking about short sleeve sweatshirts then you’re completely devastated that I keep talking about these sneakers because even I’m over discussing their awesomeness. Well, maybe I’m not. They’re just perfect so go buy them and be done with it. Once every man owns these shoes I’ll stop talking about them… I think. This outfit turned out to have a cool muted color palette which I love. It’s a really easy way to Springify your looks without having to add a ton of bright color (for those afraid of bright colors, take note). Vintage Denim and Green Chinos 1Vintage Denim and Green Chinos 2Vintage Denim and Green Chinos 5Vintage Denim and Green Chinos 3Vintage Denim and Green Chinos 4Vintage Denim and Green Chinos 6
