I’m definitely a boot kind of guy. If I had to label myself as a shoe, it would be a boot. So when Cat Footwear gave me the opportunity to test out a new pair from their S/S 2015 lineup, I was more than happy to oblige. First off, the fact that boots have now been deemed “appropriate” footwear for Spring thrills me to no end. But more than that, these “Burnish” boots are amazingly comfortable and hit the leg a little lower than most of my other boots, which is a nice change and makes them a little bit more seasonally appropriate. I love the way they look with shorts. Here I paired them with some low boot socks but I’ll definitely be trying them out with some no-shows as well. Their khaki color will mix well with almost everything (I’m planning on wearing them with white jeans in the near future).
