The original intended purpose for camouflage may have been to blend in but from a fashion point of view it’s all about standing out (tastefully of course). This camo sweatshirt is a great fall piece for a multitude of reasons. One, camouflage is a cyclical trend that will be in and out until the end of time. Two, it’s a sweatshirt so even if you’re a little hesitant about jumping into the camo pond, you’ll at least be comfortable. Three, it’s got leaves all over it and you can’t get more fall than that and the leaves a fun twist on the traditional camo blobs. Can you tell I’m definitely falling in love with camouflage?
I paired the sweatshirt with these lighter wash jeans for a little color contrast and added the black wing tips for a little juxtaposition of high low. I like this outfit because it is so easy but has a certain level of sophistication that makes me feel like I know what I’m doing. I might be the only one who thinks that but does that really matter?
